Theresa Zeidler, ASA

Theresa Zeidler, ASA is the President and Founder of Zeidler Valuation and Consulting. With several decades of valuation experience, Theresa holds the prestigious Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designation from the American Society of Appraisers and serves as an elected member of the ASA Board of Governors.

Although Zeidler Valuation and Consulting is no longer an active practice, it continues to reflect Theresa’s longstanding reputation for excellence in valuation. In addition to her role at Zeidler Valuation and Consulting, Theresa leads the U.S. and U.K. valuation practice at KNAV, a global accounting and advisory firm. At KNAV, she advises clients on a broad range of valuation matters, including financial reporting, tax planning, transaction support, and complex security and intangible asset valuation.

Over the course of her career, Theresa has provided expert valuation and consulting services to public and privately held companies, investors, attorneys, and professional advisors. Her work spans business and intangible asset valuations for estate and gift tax, litigation support, shareholder disputes, business transition planning, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, and lender and financing support.

Theresa’s valuations have been relied upon in minority shareholder matters, marital dissolution cases, shareholder agreements, business sales, intangible asset monetization, bankruptcy proceedings, and restructuring engagements.

Prior to founding Zeidler Valuation and Consulting, Theresa held senior roles at leading valuation and advisory firms, including Gordon Brothers, MPI, CohnReznick LLP, Honkamp Krueger & Co., Smith & Gesteland LLP, and AccuVal Associates. She is widely recognized for her deep technical expertise, commitment to professional standards, and ability to deliver clear, defensible analyses that help clients navigate complex financial matters with confidence.
